Located in La Jolla’s Muirlands neighborhood, this extensive remodel was designed and constructed to capture sweeping ocean views throughout the home. The project included a complete reconfiguration of the main and lower levels, along with a full landscape transformation featuring a custom pool, koi pond, fire pit, and outdoor living spaces. Floor-to-ceiling windows and doors maximize natural light and create a seamless connection between the interior and exterior. Every finish was carefully curated and exceptionally constructed, with refined materials and precise detailing carried throughout the home. A living fig tree planted at the base of the home grows through the structure and into the main level, creating a distinctive architectural element that ties the home to its natural surroundings.
